A fun thing to do- F-5 2 people off of the Semi Truck backstage. 

A hint- when you're Backstage fighting. go to the gym. go to a treadmill push square and start tapping X repeatedly, raises Special really fast.

If you want to raise your ability really fast in season on Hard- you get 18 ability points a win.  On Smackdown you get 24 each win but it's really hard if you're using a new CAW

For CAWS make one crappy guy go through season and never use any of the attribute points then just copy him to another slot and his points carry over and makes it easier to make CAWs have a chance without going through season with them
